PSA does collect an Iloilo-City retail survey (\"Retail Price of Selected Agricultural Commodities: Region 6: Iloilo City\"), but it is reachable only through PSA OpenSTAT (HTTP 403) and the banned aggregator CEIC; DA-6 Bantay Presyo publishes Iloilo prices only on Facebook. So the Iloilo/Region VI retail basket is a documented GAP. Do not read these as Iloilo prices and do not derive an Iloilo figure from them.",
