Kasambahay (Domestic-Worker) Monthly Minimum Wage by Region (NWPC/RTWPB) — NCR, Cebu, Iloilo, Davao
The kasambahay (domestic-worker) monthly minimum wage set by each Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board in its own "DW" wage order, for the four LiveInPH regions: NCR, Central Visayas (Cebu), Western Visayas (Iloilo) and Davao Region. One row per wage order. There is no single national kasambahay figure — each region moves on its own board's clock, and Central Visayas (₱7,000) genuinely sits above Western Visayas and Davao (₱6,500).

PRIMARY-VIA-NAMED-SECONDARY. Each figure is a signed RTWPB "DW" wage order, but the NWPC region pages and PNA/DOLE releases return HTTP 403 to automated retrieval (checked 2026-09-04), so the amounts are carried by named primary reporting corroborating each order rather than read live off the issuer's own page (NCR-DW-06 additionally has a public NWPC PDF). Confidence is high: two or more independent named outlets agree on each order number, amount and effective date.

Provenance & limitations
Source. NWPC / DOLE-RTWPB regional domestic-worker (kasambahay) wage orders . Method. Transcribed from each RTWPB region's "DW" (domestic-worker) wage order as reported by named primary sources (PNA, SunStar, Manila Times, GMA, PIA) and, for NCR, the NWPC wage-order PDF, dated to the order's effective month. One row per wage order.
Known limitations — published as a feature, not a footnote:
- Each region sets its own kasambahay minimum on its own schedule — this is not one national figure, and the four regions here are the LiveInPH coverage set, not the full country.
- The 2025–2026 orders collapsed the old chartered-city vs other-municipality tiers into a single region-wide rate; the pre-order tiered figures are shown only as previous_monthly_min_php context.
- NWPC region pages and PNA/DOLE releases returned HTTP 403 to automated retrieval, so figures are carried by named primary reporting; the exact per-order coverage clauses were read from the reporting, not the order text.
- The cash minimum is the floor — it excludes the mandatory employer SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG contributions and 13th-month pay that the Kasambahay true-cost tool adds on top.
