Open data

Original Cebu, Iloilo and Davao datasets — dated, sourced, reusable.

The numbers behind the calculators, published as data. Each one states its source, its window, and its limitations, and downloads as CSV or JSON under CC BY 4.0 — free to reuse if you attribute LiveInPH.

The MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE Power) residential all-in rate in pesos per kWh for Iloilo City, recorded per published monthly billing cycle. An original longitudinal series on the same cycle basis as the VECO series, so the two cities are directly comparable: every point is dated and sourced to the utility's own monthly rates table or a named primary report, with no interpolation between cycles.

The Metro Pacific Iloilo Water (MPIW) residential basic rate per cubic metre across the two LWUA-approved tranches of November 2025 and March 2026, the first MIWD increase in six years. The current 0–10 cu.m. minimum charge is published here as null, because no source publishes one and it cannot be derived from the basic rate. That gap is part of the dataset, not an omission from it.

The Davao Light and Power Company (DLPC) residential all-in rate in pesos per kWh for Davao City, recorded per announced billing cycle (roughly the 12th of one month to the 11th of the next). An original longitudinal series on the same cycle basis as the VECO and MORE Power series, so the three cities are directly comparable: every point is dated and attributed to the named report that carries it, with no interpolation between cycles.

The Davao City Water District (DCWD) residential tariff as of the February 2024 second tranche: the minimum charge covering the first 10 cubic metres and the per-cubic-metre rate for each consumption tier above it. These are the most recent peso figures any source has published. A third LWUA-approved tranche of roughly 9.99 percent took effect on July 2024 billing and its implemented peso amounts have never been published, so this schedule is a floor, not a current price. That gap is part of the dataset.

LiveInPH's editorial estimates of Cebu asking-rent ranges by neighborhood and unit type. This is NOT a measured index and NOT a sample: low and high are hand-written editorial bands, range_midpoint_php is simply (low+high)/2, and n is null on every segment because no listings have ever been counted. There is consequently no median and no p25/p75, and none are fabricated. Published as a baseline because an honest prior is more useful than a confident invention — the first real listing quarter is pending.
