Provenance & limitations

Source. Pag-IBIG Fund dividend announcement, via Philippine Daily Inquirer . Method. Transcribed from the official Pag-IBIG Fund dividend announcement as reported by named primary outlets, dated to the performance (dividend) year. No interpolation between declared years.

Known limitations — published as a feature, not a footnote:

  • National figure — MP2 is a single nationwide program, not a Cebu-specific rate.
  • Each rate is the DECLARED dividend for its performance year, announced the following February; it is not a guaranteed forward rate.
  • The 2023 rate (7.00%) is known but not seeded here — it was attributed inside later coverage rather than pulled from its own dated release.
