Western Visayas Inflation Series (PSA-6) — headline & food, % year-on-year
Region VI / Western Visayas consumer price inflation from the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office VI (PSA-6), on the 2018=100 base: the all-items headline rate and the food & non-alcoholic-beverages rate, each dated to its reference month. Regional figures, not Iloilo City alone — the city, the province and the region each move differently within the same month.

Transcribed from the PSA-6 Summary Inflation Report for Western Visayas (2018=100, all-income households) as quoted verbatim by named primary reporting, dated to the reference month. No back-fill, no interpolation.
Known limitations — published as a feature, not a footnote:
- Regional (Western Visayas) figures — not Iloilo City alone. In July 2026, Region VI was 7.8%, Iloilo City 7.2% and Iloilo Province 9.3% — three different rates, same month.
- The PSA-6 primary page returned HTTP 403 to programmatic retrieval; figures are carried by a named primary outlet's verbatim quote of the PSA-6 release, hence confidence medium.
- Only reference months a source states are seeded — no interpolation between months.
