Iloilo Electricity Rate Series (MORE Power ₱/kWh) — monthly billing cycles

The MORE Electric and Power Corporation (MORE Power) residential all-in rate in pesos per kWh for Iloilo City, recorded per published monthly billing cycle. An original longitudinal series on the same cycle basis as the VECO series, so the two cities are directly comparable: every point is dated and sourced to the utility's own monthly rates table or a named primary report, with no interpolation between cycles.

as of 2026-07 coverage 2026-01/2026-07 Iloilo City, Philippines Monthly (hard staleness 6 months)
MORE Power residential rate has risen from ₱12.6642/kWh (Jan '26) to ₱14.3490/kWh (Jul '26) across 7 published billing cycles.

As of 2026-07 · source: MORE Power official monthly rates, July 2026 cycle · Iloilo Electricity Rate Series (CSV/JSON) · Published monthly billing cycles at MORE Power's own four-decimal precision; step lines hold a rate until the next published cycle. The official table terminates at 2026-07 — the later 2026 column headers exist but every cell is empty, so those cycles are unverified and deliberately not seeded. MORE Power is the sole distribution utility for the seven Iloilo City districts; the surrounding province is on ILECO I/II/III at separate rates.

Provenance & limitations

Source. MORE Power official monthly rates, July 2026 cycle . Method. Transcribed from the MORE Power official monthly rates table at morepower.com.ph, one point per published billing cycle, with named primary reports as the fallback for a cycle the table did not yet carry. Held to four decimal places, the precision MORE Power publishes. No back-fill, no interpolation: a cycle the utility has not published stays out of the series.

Known limitations — published as a feature, not a footnote:

  • All-in residential rate; a specific bill varies with consumption tier and bracket.
  • MORE Power is the sole distribution utility for the seven Iloilo City districts only — Pavia, Oton, Leganes, Santa Barbara and the rest of the province are on ILECO I/II/III at separate rates this series does not cover.
  • Published cycles only. The official table currently terminates at 2026-07: the later 2026 column headers exist but every cell is empty, so those cycles are unverified and deliberately not seeded.
  • The rate moves monthly with WESM spot prices, NGCP transmission and bilateral generation contracts — treat the latest point as the current cycle, not as a stable rate.

Full source hierarchy, the per-figure dating rule, and the no-fabrication discipline that governs the longitudinal series: /methodology.
